Tips for healthy teeth and gums
- Use a soft-bristled brush
- Hold the brush so that the bristles are at a 45º angle against the gumline
- Replace your brush every three months
- Floss at least once daily and before brushing
- Keeping a clean tongue may be quite effective at arresting bad breath
- After consuming acidic food, wait at least an hour or drink water before brushing your teeth
